- Seen the demo yet ?
-
- If not go and have a look...
-
- (dum de dum)
-
- ... back now ? Well what d'ya think ? - Pretty bad ?
-
- Come on... What about the SVGA, the 3D, the scrolly, the Snake Thing (tm) ?
-
- Ok so maybe it's not up to Future Crew standards, but it is our first remember.
- It's written in Turbo Pascal vers 6 and 7 with a bit of ASM, but all the major
- speed stuff was coded in COBOL and BASIC dropping down to LISP when heavy number
- crunching was required. ;-)
-
- How many UK based demo groups are there? - I only know of 1 other, possibly
- another, oh yeah then there's that other one, and then there's BDS. (unnecessary
- plug! (Hiya! (I don't know 'em really))
-
- Well I haven't seen any of their demos. So if you think this demo is awfull and
- you come from the UK, then ya can go and make your own demo, and then we'll see
- whose is the best (Challenge ? UK Demo makers Cup? ). We need to ignite the
- demo fever. (do we?)
-
- This demo has only been released hopefully (having some probs) over Internet
- FTP, mainly due to the fact that we don't have access to a
- modem/BBS knowledge/large amounts of cash for phone bills etc... So if you're a
- SysOp (or whatever) please upload this to where ever demos get uploaded to.
- Maybe we can write a Demo-Ad for your BBS in exchange or summat.
-
- If you're interested in the source for parts of this demo then you can contact
- us at the address below. Infact contact us anyway, we don't have many (any)
- demo contacts - so if you're a lonely coder don't hesitate.

- spends all his time at the terminal waiting for your incoming messages - Don't
- disappoint him. Send NOW!! )
-
- All music was created by Dave Hicks, His address is plastered into the MODS
- (I think). So if you like his music you can contact him, tell him we sent ya,
- and he probably won't know who the hell you're on about.
-
- BTW - That source code offer is no joke, even if the source is.
-
- In our next demo we'll show you that filled 3d polygon vectors running at 120
- frames a second are possible from GWBASIC/DBASE 3+ (SQL extensions (of course)).
-
- All artwork was designed by Swimmer expect for the bits that were designed by
- Dentist, on our ZX80/81 network at home, (network sever is a proud Acorn Atom).
-
- See ya,
-
- Swimmer & Dentist.
